01People & AI

Not another system for your people to feed. A system that works alongside them.

For decades, business software was built for people to type data into. That is changing. A new generation of systems doesn’t just record work—it actually does it.

02A new generation of systems

On its own, the system will:

Not as a chatbot sitting next to your work, but as part of the workflow executing concrete steps across your data.

  • 01

    Read

Reads incoming emails, attachments, and documents across your company.

  • 02

    Check

Checks stock levels, deadlines, and documents, and flags any discrepancies.

  • 03

    Look up

Looks up customers along with their history, orders, and invoices.

  • 04

    Prepare

Prepares quotes, invoices and draft replies for a person to review.

  • 05

    Record

Captures data from documents and orders without manual retyping.

  • 06

    Communicate

Drafts customer replies and, where you allow it, handles routine questions on its own.

  • 07

    Alert

Flags upcoming deadlines, missing documents and stock running low.

  • 08

    Analyze

Calculates any overview or report you ask for from your invoices, orders and inventory.

  • 09

    Trigger next steps

Turns a confirmed order into a stock reservation and a warehouse picking task.

03Who does what

Routine for the system. Decisions for people.

Your people keep what truly requires a human: decision-making, expertise, sales and customer relationships.

  • Flags slipping orders and jobsWhen a job starts slipping, it immediately alerts the person in charge.Leads the team, handles exceptionsLeading the team and handling exceptions stay with people.
  • Calculates overviews on demandAsk in plain language and get an overview from live data.Makes decisions based on the numbersThe system provides the numbers; the decisions belong to people.

04Control

A system you can trust with the work

AI in Draivix isn’t a rogue autopilot doing whatever it wants. It operates strictly within the rules, permissions and approvals you set.

  • You decide on every step

For each step, we configure whether the system executes it automatically or prepares it for approval. We start cautiously and add autonomy where it proves itself.

  • Where money is involved, a person approves

Payments, discounts above the limit, claims and replies in sensitive situations are drafted by the system, but the final decision belongs to the responsible person.

  • AI has the same permissions as the user

What a sales rep isn’t allowed to see in the system, they won’t get from the AI assistant either. Permissions apply equally to people and automations.

  • Every system action is visible

Logs, tasks and approvals stay attached to the record they belong to. You can always see what happened and when.

  • The rules are yours

When to assign an inquiry to whom, when to route a quote for approval, when to send an alert – those are your company’s rules, not ours.

  • No black box

Automations built in Draivix are clear “if–then” rules you can read. When your business changes, we update them.

05Frequently asked questions

AI FAQ

What does AI do on its own and what does a person approve?

We configure that step by step. Routine work—reading, data entry, checks and drafting—is handled by the system. Wherever money, customers or exceptions are involved, the system prepares everything and a person makes the call.

Will AI see data it isn’t supposed to see?

AI operates with the exact same permissions as the user it works for. Whatever a sales rep isn’t allowed to see in the system, they won’t get from AI either.
