02What the module does

Less routine. More value.

The Marketing module manages campaigns, target lists, and bulk emails with tracking for opens, clicks, replies, and unsubscribes. It fits businesses sending newsletters, announcements, or targeted mailings to contacts linked to sales opportunities. Unsubscribes and hard bounces update your lists automatically, so future mailings never go to anyone who opted out.

  • Campaign performance in one placeOrganize campaigns by type: Email, Newsletter, or Informational Email. Each campaign gives you a clear performance overview so you can easily compare what worked.
  • Precisely targeted listsBuild target lists from contacts, leads, companies, and users, and organize them into categories. Use exclusion lists to define who should be left out of a mailing.
  • Test before you sendPreview your email and send a test copy before launching the mailing. Test sends never alter anyone’s subscription status, leaving your lists untouched.
  • Batch delivery on scheduleSchedule a mailing with a start time, and the scheduler processes it in batches every 5 minutes. You set the date and time, and the system handles the sending from there.
  • Final check for every recipientRight before sending, the system re-verifies that the recipient has not unsubscribed, been removed from the list, or changed their email address. Otherwise, it skips them and logs the reason.
  • Open and click trackingThe system tracks opens and clicks via signed links and offers recipients a view-in-browser link. The results show you what genuinely caught your customers’ attention.
  • Frictionless unsubscribesRecipients can unsubscribe via a confirmation page or with a single click right from their email client, and can opt back in if they choose. Your business respects their choice without manual work.
  • Replies linked back to the mailingFrom your synced mailbox, the system matches replies and bounce messages to the specific mailing. You do not have to hunt through your inbox to see which campaign they belong to.
  • Invalid addresses removed automaticallyAfter a hard bounce—when an address permanently rejects mail—the system automatically unsubscribes the recipient from all lists and marks the address as invalid. Future mailings will no longer try to reach them.
  • Delivery matched to message purposeFor each mailing, choose a delivery profile that fits its purpose: marketing newsletter, important notice, or tracked notice. The behavior matches what you are sending.
  • Mailings straight from a dealPrepare a mailing for an opportunity’s contacts right from the deal record. Pick the people, and the system creates a draft with your default template and sender so you never start from a blank email.
  • Mailing history on every contactSee the full mailing history on the contact record and mailing results on the opportunity. Before taking the next step, a sales rep knows exactly what the customer received and how they responded.
  • Reusable designs for future campaignsBuild your email in the block editor and save the design as a template for future use. Your mailings stay consistent without starting from scratch every time.
  • Social accounts at a glanceThe module keeps track of connected social media accounts and their connection status. On the marketing dashboard, you can immediately see the status of every account.

03How it works

How it works step by step.

  1. Campaigns and target lists

A campaign groups together mailings, target lists, and results. You can send bulk emails in campaigns of type Email, Newsletter, or Informational Email. Target lists are built from contacts, leads, companies, and users, and organized into categories. For every mailing, you choose both the lists to include and the exclusion lists to leave out.

    Read in detail

Leads can be sorted into lists automatically—for example, by market (CZ, SK, DE). From a course in the Courses module, you can create a target list of participants with a single button and invite them to the next session.

  2. Per-recipient delivery

Set a mailing to “Pending” with a start time, and the scheduler processes it in batches every 5 minutes. Before sending, you can preview the email and send a test copy that never alters anyone’s subscription status. The message body is rendered individually for each recipient from a draft in the editor or an email template.

    Read in detail

Each recipient has their own queue item. Right before sending, the system re-verifies that the recipient has not unsubscribed in the meantime, been removed from the list, or changed their email address; otherwise, it skips the item and logs the reason. Delivery is attempted up to three times, and the sent email can be saved to the recipient’s record. Each mailing includes bulk mail headers—with one-click unsubscribe—and an envelope address for reliable bounce matching.

  3. Tracking, unsubscribes, and bounces

Links in the email, the tracking pixel, the browser view link, and the unsubscribe link all use signed URLs. The campaign records sent, opened, clicked, unsubscribed, bounced, and replied events. Replies and bounce messages from a synced mailbox are matched back to the specific mailing.

    Read in detail

A hard bounce or address rejection upon sending immediately unsubscribes the recipient from all lists and marks the address as invalid. You choose a delivery profile based on the purpose: marketing newsletter, important notice, or tracked notice. Informational campaigns are meant for notices everyone must receive and do not apply global unsubscribes.

  4. Deal-specific mailings

Directly from a sales opportunity, you can prepare a mailing for its contacts: select the people, and the system creates a mailing draft using the default template and sending account from your settings. Such a mailing always includes an unsubscribe link, respects global opt-outs, and re-verifies each recipient against their stored status at send time. Results appear on the opportunity, and the mailing history is logged on each contact.

  5. Templates and dashboards

Email designs built in the block editor are saved as reusable templates. The Newsletter submodule adds queuing for newsletters and cancellation of scheduled sends. The marketing dashboard displays active campaigns, target lists, mailings, campaign performance, and the status of connected social media accounts.

04What runs automatically

Automations that save time.

  1. Queue runs every 5 minutes

The scheduler processes the bulk email queue every 5 minutes. Any mailing in “Pending” status starts automatically once its start time arrives.

  2. Clear mailing status at a glance

Based on delivery results, the system updates the mailing status to Complete or Error. You immediately know which mailing needs your attention.

  3. Undeliverable addresses removed from lists

When a hard bounce arrives, the system unsubscribes the recipient from all lists and marks the address as invalid. Your lists stay clean continuously without manual work.

  4. Results logged directly in the campaign

Every open, click, unsubscribe, reply, and bounce is recorded directly on the campaign. You never have to piece results together from separate sources.

  5. Leads sorted by market

Leads can be added to target lists automatically based on their market—such as CZ, SK, or DE. Marketing gets country-specific lists without manual sorting.

  6. Salutations generated in advance

When a contact is created, the system generates their email salutation. You can address customers personally in bulk mailings without filling in greetings by hand.

External integrations

  • Mail sent from your company accountsMailings are sent and replies are received through your company’s email accounts connected in the Email module. All communication comes from your own addresses.
  • Social media connectionsConnect Facebook, Instagram, Threads, LinkedIn, YouTube, Telegram, Google Business, TikTok, and X accounts via standard OAuth sign-in. The system tracks all connected accounts and their connection status.

What the AI agent handles

  • Active campaigns at a glance

On request, the AI agent summarizes your active campaigns. You can quickly see what is currently running without opening individual records.

  • Single-campaign summary

Ask the agent to summarize a specific campaign, including its target lists. You immediately know who the campaign reaches and what the system has recorded for it.

  • Contacts missing an email address

The agent finds contacts in a target list that have no email address. Before sending a mailing, you know who would be missed and whose address needs to be filled in.

  • Recent email designs at hand

The agent lists your most recently edited email designs. You can pick up right where you left off without searching through the editor.

A person approves whenever money, a customer, or an exception is involved.

05Frequently asked questions

How does Draivix handle newsletter unsubscribes?

Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link with a confirmation page as well as a one-click unsubscribe header. An unsubscribed recipient is removed from the list and automatically skipped in future mailings.

What happens to undeliverable email addresses?

The system matches bounce messages back to the mailing. A hard bounce unsubscribes the recipient from all lists and marks the email address as invalid.

Can I see who opened an email and what they clicked?

Yes. Opens, clicks, replies, unsubscribes, and bounces are all logged both on the campaign and on each individual recipient in the mailing.

Can I send an email only to the contacts of a single deal?

Yes. From a sales opportunity, you can prepare a mailing for selected contacts. The system creates a mailing draft that you review and send.

How often are bulk mailings sent out?

The scheduler processes the queue in batches every 5 minutes. A mailing begins at the start time you configure on it.
