“Describe your business” form

When you submit the form, we process your name, company, email, phone number (if provided), company size, selected areas, and your description of how your company works. The purpose is to prepare a solution proposal, reply to you, and schedule a meeting. The legal basis is taking steps prior to entering into a contract at your request and our legitimate interest in responding to your inquiry.

We store the data in our own CRM system, which we operate ourselves on servers in the European Union, and it is emailed to the team member who will get in touch with you. We retain it for the duration of our discussions and for at most 12 months from our last contact if no contract is concluded. We do not share it with third parties outside our processors (hosting).

Please do not include sensitive data, passwords, or personal data of your customers in the business description. We do not need them for the initial proposal.

Cookies and traffic measurement

This website does not use any cookies and does not load third-party scripts. We measure traffic using our own self-hosted Matomo instance without cookies and without browser identifiers: we record the visited page, referrer, browser type, and screen resolution. The data is used solely to improve the website and is never shared with third parties; the legal basis is our legitimate interest. The server records standard technical logs (IP address, timestamp, requested page) for security and troubleshooting.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, or erase your data, restrict processing, data portability, and the right to object. Simply write to podpora@apertia.cz; we will reply within 30 days. The supervisory authority is the Czech Data Protection Authority (Office for Personal Data Protection), Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7.

The Draivix system

The processing of data belonging to customers who use Draivix is governed by the data processing agreement concluded with each customer.
