What counts as one request?
One specific change: a new field, report, export, workflow, fix or new feature. For larger changes, we break them down into individual requests with you before we start.
How many requests are included in my plan?
Mini includes 1 development and enhancement request per month, Basic includes 3, Standard 5 and Maxi 8. For Premium, the scope is agreed individually. As long as you stay within your allowance, you only pay the base plan fee.
What happens if we need more requests than our plan includes?
Active development runs at a flat monthly fee regardless of how many requests there are. No hourly billing, no separate quote for every single change.
Do I pay per user?
Not on the Basic, Standard, Maxi and Premium company plans—pricing is per company. The exception is Mini for small teams: priced per user for up to 5 users, and you can switch to a company plan at any time.
How much does an AI agent cost?
We will include the price in your quote. The cost depends on token consumption—that is, how much the agent actually reads and writes.
How much does a website or e-shop cost?
We will include the website or e-shop hosting price in your quote.
Do I pay extra for the API, connectors or integrations?
No. API access and integrations with your other systems are included in your plan. You will never pay extra just so your own data can talk to another system.
Do prices include VAT?
All amounts on this page are monthly and exclude VAT.
