02What the module does
Less routine. More value.
The Banking module downloads transactions from your bank accounts into Draivix and stores bank statements. Transactions from Fio, Revolut Business, ČSOB Business Connector and KB ADAA, as well as from email payment notices and uploaded statements, are kept in one place ready for payment matching.
- Continuous Fio payment feedFio transactions are downloaded every two minutes, with a daily check reloading the last three days. You see payments on time, and the daily reload fills in anything that might have been missed.
- Connect Revolut by consentYou connect Revolut Business via Open Banking consent directly from the account detail page. You set up the connection right where you normally work with the account.
- KB and ČSOB in one placeYou connect KB via ADAA from the account detail page and synchronize ČSOB via Business Connector. Transactions from both banks appear in the same place as your other accounts.
- Email notices become transactionsThe system creates a bank transaction from a bank's email notice. Notice parsers are ready for ten bank formats, so you never have to retype transactions manually.
- Upload statements as filesImport a statement file directly on the bank account detail page. That lets you add transactions to the right account even outside automatic downloads.
- Statements compiled every monthStatements for the previous month are compiled and reconciled once a month. Your business gets a complete monthly record without assembling files by hand.
- Official Fio statement in the archiveThe official statement file from Fio is downloaded into the archive. Whenever you need it, you do not have to log in to your online banking.
- Know which account can send paymentsYou send payment orders via Fio, and each account displays its permission status: whether it is allowed to send payment orders and, if not, why. You can spot any issue right away.
- One payment, one transactionEvery transaction carries a bank-assigned identifier that the system uses to prevent duplicates. When downloads overlap, the same payment is never recorded twice.
- Partner accounts at handYou keep counterparty bank accounts—those of your customers and suppliers—on company and contact records. Payment matching uses them to recognize who is paying.
- Custom color-coded statementsStatement lines are color-highlighted based on user preferences. Everyone can configure what they want to spot on a statement at first glance.
- Every payment looks for its documentEach new transaction triggers document matching. The system immediately tries to link the payment to the right document without you having to run anything manually.
03How it works
How it works step by step.
Connected banks
You connect Fio banka using a token. Transactions are downloaded for each instance every two minutes, and once a day the last three days are reloaded to make sure nothing is missed. Fio accepts at most one request per token every 30 seconds, so a more frequent schedule would not speed up downloads.
Read in detail
You connect Revolut Business by granting consent via Open Banking directly from the account detail page. Synchronization and access renewal run every ten minutes. You also connect KB via ADAA from the account detail page, with transactions downloaded every six hours. ČSOB Business Connector synchronization is enabled by an administrator as a scheduled job, which then runs every hour.
Email notices and file statements
If your bank sends transaction notices by email, Draivix reads them and creates bank transactions from them. Built-in parsers support ten bank formats. You can also upload a bank statement file directly on the bank account detail page.
Read in detail
On the third day of each month, statements for the previous month are compiled from connected sources and reconciled an hour later. Statement items are linked to transactions. For Fio, the official statement file is downloaded into the statement archive.
Payment orders
Payment orders are sent via Fio. Each account shows whether it is authorized to send payment orders and, if not, why. Payment orders are generated from payroll runs and approved received invoices. For other banks, you can export a GPC file or an XLSX batch for ČSOB.
Duplicates and counterparties
Every transaction carries a bank-assigned identifier. When downloads overlap, no duplicate is created. The Fio token is stored as an encrypted password, while credentials for other banks are kept in dedicated records.
Read in detail
You store customer and supplier bank accounts on company or contact records. Payment matching uses them to identify who is paying. Matching transactions with documents is handled by the Payment matching and reconciliation module.
04What runs automatically
Automations that save time.
Fio every two minutes
Fio synchronization runs every two minutes and reloads the last three days once a day as a safeguard. Your transactions appear in Draivix without manual downloads.
Revolut renews automatically
Revolut synchronization and access renewal run every ten minutes. New transactions arrive without manual downloads, and you do not have to monitor access expiration yourself.
KB every six hours
KB transactions via ADAA synchronize every six hours. The account stays up to date without anyone having to download statements manually.
ČSOB hourly once enabled
Once an administrator enables the scheduled job, ČSOB Business Connector synchronization runs every hour. Your company decides when to turn it on.
Statements ready on the third day
On the third day of the month, statements for the previous month are compiled and then reconciled. You do not need to prepare monthly statement records by hand.
From notice straight to transaction
As soon as a bank email notice arrives, the system automatically creates a bank transaction from it. The movement is recorded in Draivix without anyone retyping it.
Saving a transaction triggers matching
Every saved transaction triggers document matching. Nobody needs to start it manually, and payments do not wait for the next step.
External integrations
- Fio via tokenDraivix connects to Fio banka via REST API using an access token. Account transactions are downloaded and payment orders are sent through this connection.
- Revolut via Open BankingRevolut Business connects via Open Banking and OAuth2 authorization. Transactions flow into Draivix based on the consent you grant.
- ČSOB integrationAccount transactions from ČSOB flow into Draivix via ČSOB Business Connector. An administrator enables the synchronization as a scheduled job.
- KB via ADAA APIDraivix connects to KB via the ADAA API to download account transactions. You set up the connection directly from the bank account detail page.
- Email payment noticesIf your bank sends transaction notices by email, Draivix reads them and creates bank transactions from them. Bank email notices serve as an additional source of account movements.
- Statements from filesUpload bank statement files directly on the account detail page. This is useful whenever you want to bring transactions into the system outside automatic downloads.
What the AI agent handles
Account balances in a single prompt
Ask the assistant and it will summarize your bank account balances using the GetBankAccountBalancesSummaryTool tool. The tool is read-only, so it never modifies or sends anything.
A person approves whenever money, a customer, or an exception is involved.
