02What the module does

Less routine. More value.

The AccountingOffice module compiles a monthly handoff package for your external accountant in a single ZIP file and shows whether your company’s records are ready. Your accountant gets bank statements, transactions and invoices in a fixed folder structure that their import tools can read directly.

  • A full month in a single ZIP fileYour accountant receives the entire monthly handoff in one ZIP file, complete with a TXT and XLSX overview right at the top so they know exactly what is inside.
  • Bank statements in two formatsBank statements are included in both GPC and PDF formats, so your accountant can import them into their accounting software and read them right away.
  • Transactions ready for processingYour accountant gets transactions in XLSX and CSV files, ready for spreadsheets or import tools without retyping a thing.
  • Received invoices ready for importReceived invoices are included in the Czech ISDOC e-invoice format, allowing your accountant to import them without manual data entry.
  • Issued documents in one placeThe package contains issued invoices in ISDOC and PDF along with issued credit notes in PDF. Your accountant never has to chase you for them separately.
  • Prior-period addenda separatedAddenda from previous periods have their own dedicated folder in the package, so your accountant immediately sees they do not belong to the current month.
  • Fixed folder structureFolders use a fixed layout and ASCII names without diacritics because accounting import tools depend on them. Imports never break due to a renamed folder.
  • Package archived on the recordAttach the finished package to a record in the system so you can always look up exactly what was handed over to your accountant.
  • Track what the accountant already hasMark the invoices in the package as sent to the accountant. Next month, it is immediately clear which documents have already been handed over.
  • Readiness status on your dashboardA dashboard widget displays the client readiness check, showing at a glance whether your company’s records are ready for the accountant.

03How it works

How it works step by step.

  1. What the package contains

The ZIP archive opens with a summary in both a plain-text file and an XLSX spreadsheet. It is followed by folders with fixed names: bank statements in GPC and PDF, transactions in XLSX and CSV, received invoices in ISDOC, issued invoices in ISDOC and PDF, issued credit notes in PDF, and addenda from prior periods.

    Read in detail

Folder names use plain ASCII without diacritics and never change, because accounting import tools rely on them. Adding another folder requires a code change rather than a configuration tweak.

  2. Readiness check

The client readiness check combines the general ledger readiness check with audit-trail documents into a single report. The result is displayed in a dashboard widget visible to users with accounting read permissions.

  3. How the package is handed over

A system administrator builds the package via a server command; there is no button for it in the web UI. The resulting ZIP can be attached to a record, and all invoices inside the package can be marked as sent to the accountant.

    Read in detail

You send the package to your accountant by email or via a Czech data box (ISDS). A user triggers the delivery. The module does not alter accounting figures—it only saves the attachment and marks the included invoices as sent.

04What runs automatically

Automations that save time.

  1. Sent invoices marked automatically

When a package is built, the invoices inside can be automatically marked as sent to the accountant. You do not have to check them off manually, and your overview stays accurate.

External integrations

  • Delivery via email or Czech data boxSend the file to your accountant by email or via a Czech data box (ISDS). A user triggers the send action, so you always know what went out and when.
