02What the module does

Less routine. More value.

The Draivix e-shop is a public storefront built on top of the same product catalog and inventory that the rest of your company uses. You curate store products using product listings, the shop checks stock availability in real time, and orders are recorded straight into accounting—eliminating manual re-entry between your e-shop, warehouse, and invoicing.

  • Storefront powered by your catalogSelect specific items for your product listings from the ProductBase catalog—the same catalog used by your warehouse and invoicing. You never have to recreate products for the e-shop.
  • Your store can look the way you wantA standalone storefront front end uses the public JSON API to load product listings, search, manage the cart, and submit orders. That leaves you free to build the look and feel of your store your own way.
  • Never sell what's out of stockWhen an order is placed, the e-shop checks item availability against your warehouse. If items are out of stock, the order won't go through and the customer is returned to adjust their cart.
  • Orders go straight to accountingA completed order is created directly in accounting as a sales order with the source set to web and a link to the specific e-shop. You process it just like orders from any other channel.
  • Customers redeem discounts in the cartCustomers can apply a discount coupon right in the cart. Promotional campaigns run directly in the store connected to your products and inventory.
  • Each store in its own currencyEach store has its own currency chosen from your company's active currencies. The system rejects any currency outside this list and won't launch a store with it.
  • Stores in your customers' languagesSet a default language and a list of supported languages for each store. You can present your catalog to customers in different languages, tailored to each store's needs.
  • Multiple stores in one companyRun multiple stores within a single company, each on its own domains and with its own product listings—all drawing from the same shared catalog and inventory.
  • Store files in one placeThe store serves images and files from document storage, so you don't have to manage product assets separately outside the system.
  • Dedicated rate limits for every sectionBrowsing, cart, checkout, coupons, and search each have separate request limits per domain and IP address. Hitting the limit in one area won't block the others.
  • Sessions shielded from scriptsVisitor sessions run on HttpOnly cookies—cookies inaccessible to JavaScript—and are scoped to the store's domain, keeping them out of reach of browser scripts.

03How it works

How it works step by step.

  1. How it works

The e-shop is part of the website module in Draivix. You never enter products twice: the e-shop draws from the same product catalog used by your warehouse and invoicing. You control what is offered in the store through product listings, where you select specific items from the catalog.

    Read in detail

The look and feel of the store is powered by a separate front end. Via the public JSON API, it loads product listings, runs searches, manages the cart, and submits orders. The e-shop serves images and files from document storage.

  2. Connected to inventory and accounting

When an order is placed, the e-shop checks item availability against inventory in the WarehouseManagement module. If stock is missing, the order does not go through and the customer is returned to edit their cart.

    Read in detail

A completed order is created as a sales order in the Accounting module, marked with the web source and linked to the specific e-shop. From there, you process it just like orders from any other channel.

  3. Currencies, languages, and multiple stores

Every website has a default language, a list of supported languages, and its own currency. The currency must be one of your company's active currencies, otherwise the system will not launch the store.

    Read in detail

You can run multiple stores within a single company, each on its own domains and with its own product listings.

  4. Public API protection

Public endpoints of the store have separate rate limits per domain and IP address—individually for browsing, cart, checkout, order confirmation, coupons, sign-in, forms, and search.

    Read in detail

Both visitor and signed-in customer sessions run on cookies restricted to the store domain and inaccessible to JavaScript, and the API only accepts cookie-authenticated state changes from the same origin.

04What runs automatically

Automations that save time.

  1. Stock checked before the order is created

As soon as a customer submits an order, the system verifies stock availability before creating it. If items are out of stock, no order is created and the customer is returned to adjust their cart.

  2. No manual re-entry into accounting

When a customer completes an order, it is recorded straight into accounting as a sales order—eliminating manual re-entry between your e-shop, warehouse, and invoicing.

External integrations

  • Custom front-end integrationYour store's front end communicates with Draivix via the public JSON API: loading product listings, searching, managing the cart, and submitting orders. You build the store's design independently of the ERP.
  • Product images served from the systemThe e-shop serves product images and files directly from document storage. Customers see them in the store while you manage them in one central place.

05Frequently asked questions

Do I have to create products again for the e-shop?

No. The e-shop pulls products from the same catalog used by your warehouse and invoicing. You use product listings to choose which items are offered in the store.

Does the e-shop check what is in stock?

Yes. At checkout, it verifies availability against your warehouse and will not accept an order for out-of-stock items.

Where are e-shop orders saved?

In accounting, as sales orders with the source set to web. From there, you process them the same way as any other orders.

Does the e-shop support multiple currencies and languages?

Each store has its own currency selected from the company's active currencies, a default language, and a list of supported languages. To sell in another currency, you can run an additional store.

How do I migrate to Draivix from Shoptet or WooCommerce?

Products, customers and orders are migrated using the dedicated ShoptetIntegration and WooCommerceIntegration modules, which import the data into Draivix.
