02What the module does

Less routine. More value.

The Pohoda module connects Draivix with the Czech accounting software STORMWARE Pohoda via its mServer interface. Your company issues invoices in Draivix, and they are automatically routed to the right accounting entity in Pohoda. Orders, documents and the address book can be imported back from Pohoda.

  • Invoices straight into PohodaInvoices and other documents are sent to Pohoda via its mServer data interface. Issue them in Draivix, book them in Pohoda and never retype a thing.
  • Data synced back from PohodaImport your address book, accounting documents, inventory movements, products and jobs from Pohoda. You work with the exact same data in Draivix without re-entering anything.
  • Multiple companies in PohodaConnect multiple company databases in Pohoda and route invoices by the issuer’s company ID (ICO). Every document lands in the right accounting entity.
  • No silent misroutingIf a company mapping is missing, the invoice is never silently routed to a default company—the export fails instead. You spot the issue immediately rather than having a document end up in the wrong accounting entity.
  • Single-company export batchesExport batches group invoices for a single company, and a lock prevents concurrent exports. The same invoices can never end up in two batches at once.
  • Clear Pohoda sync statusMark each invoice as ready for export or already imported into Pohoda. Everyone can see the exact handoff stage of every document.
  • On-demand export and importExport XML files manually and trigger Pohoda imports on demand. You do not have to wait for a scheduled job when you need data right away.
  • Orders from a shared folderImport orders via mServer or from XML files in an SMB shared folder. Choose whichever method best fits your setup.
  • Invoices matched to ordersIssued invoices imported from Pohoda are matched to the orders they bill. You can see the invoicing status directly on each order.
  • Incremental batch loadingData loads incrementally with a configurable batch size for each record type. The system processes large volumes in chunks and picks up right where it left off.
  • You control what syncsSpecify in the settings which record types can be exchanged and which should be sent out. Only the data you explicitly allow goes to Pohoda.

03How it works

How it works step by step.

  1. What is synced between the systems

Importing from Pohoda covers the address book, bank accounts and statements, cash desks, inventory receipts and issues, stocktakes, invoices, advance invoices, tax documents, orders, quotes, RFQs, payment orders, products and product categories, warehouses and jobs. The import job runs hourly and always resumes where it left off.

    Read in detail

Exporting to Pohoda also runs hourly, on the half-hour. You configure in settings which record types may be exchanged and which should be sent. Both jobs are enabled in the scheduled jobs settings.

  2. Multiple accounting entities in Pohoda

You can connect one or more companies in Pohoda. The system routes each invoice to the company matching its issuer based on the company ID (ICO) in the issuer's profile. If the issuer has no valid mapping, the export fails—an invoice never falls back to a default company.

    Read in detail

Selecting invoices from multiple companies into a single XML file is rejected before the file is even generated. Existing links are never redirected automatically, and conflicts are resolved manually.

  3. Export batches and manual export

You can mark an invoice as ready for export, mark it as imported in Pohoda, or group pending invoices from a single company into an export batch. A lock prevents the same invoices from being included in two batches at once. Once imported into Pohoda, you mark the batch as exported.

    Read in detail

You can also export XML files manually and trigger a Pohoda import on demand. Both actions require permission to edit the Pohoda account.

  4. Order import

Orders are imported from mServer or from XML files on an SMB shared folder. Issued invoices are also imported from Pohoda as read-only records and matched to the order they bill. Classification rules for imported orders can be configured for your instance and reused later. Without custom rules, standard orders are imported and nothing is deleted unless it is certain to be safe.

04What runs automatically

Automations that save time.

  1. Hourly import from Pohoda

Once enabled, the scheduled job imports data from Pohoda every hour, resuming where the previous run finished. No manual updates needed.

  2. Hourly export to Pohoda

Once enabled, selected record types are sent to Pohoda every hour. Nobody has to export them by hand, and your accountant receives documents continuously.

  3. Automatic target company selection

During export, the system automatically selects the target company in Pohoda based on the invoice issuer. You do not have to pick the accounting entity manually for every document.

  4. Status-triggered export

A rule in the Automation module can trigger an export action whenever a document’s status changes. You can tie the export to whichever workflow step makes sense for your company.

External integrations

  • Connection via mServerDraivix communicates with STORMWARE Pohoda through its mServer interface over HTTP and XML. Both outgoing documents and incoming data from Pohoda travel through this channel.
  • Order XML files from a shared folderThe system reads order XML files from an SMB shared folder—ideal when you prefer not to or cannot import orders via mServer.

05Frequently asked questions

How does Draivix connect to Pohoda?

Through the Pohoda mServer interface. Documents are sent and imported as XML, and orders can also be read from an SMB shared folder.

We run multiple companies in Pohoda. Can Draivix handle that?

Yes. Each invoice is routed to the right company based on the company ID (ICO) in the issuer profile. Without a valid mapping, the export fails rather than falling back to a default company.

How often is data exchanged with Pohoda?

Both imports and exports run every hour once the scheduled jobs are enabled. Manual exports and on-demand imports are available at any time.

Can we send invoices to Pohoda in batches?

Yes. You can create an export batch of pending invoices for a single company and mark it as exported once imported.

Are orders imported from Pohoda?

Yes, via mServer or from XML files. Issued invoices imported from Pohoda are matched to the orders they bill.
