02What the module does

Less routine. More value.

The AccountingIntegrations module provides a shared framework for connecting Draivix to accounting software and document exchange networks: Pohoda, ABRA Flexi, Peppol, and EDI. Your company can be confident that no integration ever writes directly to the accounting journal—everything enters accounting solely through accounting entries governed by the general ledger.

  • All integrations in one overviewThe overview lists accounting software and document exchange network integrations from all enabled modules, so you do not have to hunt for them across individual modules.
  • Complete integration specificationsThe system checks that every integration has a complete specification. A "ready" status means the specification is complete, not that live production is confirmed.
  • Know what is exchanged and howEach integration states which documents it exchanges and in what format, so you can see exactly what will flow between systems before enabling it.
  • Live operation backed by confirmationEach integration specifies which external confirmations are required before going live, ensuring rollout relies on more than just a filled-in description.
  • Nothing bypasses the journalThe system rejects any integration that attempts to write to the journal outside the general ledger, ensuring only the general ledger modifies the accounting journal.
  • Same rules across the boardPohoda, ABRA Flexi, Peppol, and EDI all follow the same rules. Every integration is evaluated by the same standard, whether it is an accounting program or an exchange network.
  • Add new integrations without touching the frameworkA new integration is registered via its module specification without modifying this framework. Shared validation rules apply to it immediately with no framework rewrites.
  • Accounting under your controlAll accounting posts go through accounting entries and the general ledger's posting mode, so your company's configuration—not an individual integration—governs every entry.

03How it works

How it works step by step.

  1. What the module does

The module does not transfer data itself. It maintains an overview of integrations and verifies that each one specifies which documents it exchanges, in what format, which readiness checks it passes, and what external confirmations it requires. The overview lists all integrations from enabled modules.

    Read in detail

Data transport, retries, and error handling remain the responsibility of each individual integration. Each handles them in its own way and documents them with its own receipt records.

  2. Available integrations

Pohoda exchanges issued invoices, received invoices, payments, cash desk records, and warehouse documents via mServer. ABRA Flexi imports master data in this version; document exchange with it is not included. Peppol prepares e-invoices in UBL format. EDI converts business documents into JSON, CSV, and XML files. Each integration has its own page detailing its capabilities and limitations.

  3. The accounting rule

Every integration must be configured to affect accounting solely through accounting entries and is never allowed to maintain general accounting on its own. Any integration that violates this rule is rejected by the system. Journal entries are therefore always created by the general ledger according to your company's posting mode.

    Read in detail

A "ready" status only means that the integration specification is complete—it is not proof of live operation. Activation for your company, partner agreements, and actual transfers are not proven by this status; they are documented by confirmations within the respective integration.

External integrations

  • Pohoda integrationThe Pohoda module connects to the Czech accounting program STORMWARE Pohoda. Issued invoices, received invoices, payments, cash desk records, and warehouse documents are exchanged via mServer.
  • Master data from ABRA FlexiThe FlexiIntegration module imports master data from ABRA Flexi. Document exchange is not included in this version; you continue managing documents there.
  • E-invoices for the Peppol networkThe PeppolIntegration module prepares e-invoices in UBL format for the Peppol network. Actual transmission is handled by an operator or an external provider.
  • Documents for EDI partnersThe EdiIntegration module converts business documents for EDI partners into JSON, CSV, and XML files. Transfer to the partner takes place manually or outside Draivix.

05Frequently asked questions

Which accounting programs does Draivix integrate with?

With STORMWARE Pohoda via mServer and with ABRA Flexi for master data import. Peppol and EDI are used for exchanging documents with trading partners.

Can an integration write directly to accounting?

No. Every integration affects accounting solely through accounting entries, and journal entries are always created by the general ledger.

Does the "ready" status mean an integration is running live?

No. It only means the integration specification is complete. Live operation is documented by confirmations within that specific integration.

Can we add an integration for another system?

Yes. A new integration module plugs into the overview through its specification without changing this framework.

How do I know what a specific integration supports?

Each integration lists the exchanged documents, format, readiness checks, and required confirmations. Full details and limitations are on the respective module's page.
