Less routine. More value.
The FlexiIntegration module imports master data from ABRA Flexi (FlexiBee) into Draivix: the directory into companies, contacts into contacts and the price list into products. Your business can keep running its accounting in ABRA Flexi while working with the exact same customers and products in Draivix without manual retyping.
- Directory imported into companiesYour ABRA Flexi directory is imported into companies in Draivix. You don't have to re-enter customers by hand and can continue accounting in ABRA Flexi.
- Contacts linked to the right companiesContacts from ABRA Flexi are imported into contacts and linked to their respective companies, saving you from piecing relationships together manually.
- Price list imported into productsYour ABRA Flexi price list is imported into products in Draivix, so your sales team works with the exact same items without re-entering them.
- Matching without duplicatesRecords are matched by Flexi ID, company registration number, email or product code. Existing records are linked rather than recreated, preventing duplicates.
- Only what changedOnly changes since the last run are fetched, so routine synchronization doesn't have to scan all your data from scratch.
- Dry run before going liveAn administrator can run a full import, a dry run without saving, or an import for a single scope—letting you verify the connection before any data is written.
- Errors don't halt the importA faulty record won't stop the entire import. It is written to the log while the remaining data continues to load, so you know exactly what to fix.
- Controlled import paceConfigure the page size and the pause between requests to match the load your ABRA Flexi instance can comfortably handle.
- Encrypted password storageYour ABRA Flexi password is stored encrypted, so credentials never sit in the system as plain text.
What is currently in progress
- Document exchange (issued invoices, received invoices, credit notes, payments, internal documents) with ABRA Flexi is not included in this version. Only readiness checks and takeover records are present.
- Import only. Changes made in Draivix are not written back to ABRA Flexi master data.
03How it works
How it works step by step.
What gets imported
Three data scopes are imported: the directory into companies, contacts into contacts and the price list into products. Data is read page by page via the ABRA Flexi REST API. The default page size is 200 records, with a configurable pause between requests.

ABRA Flexi remains the primary system for accounting documents. Draivix only pulls master data from it.
Duplicate-free matching
Each record is matched first by its ABRA Flexi identifier, then by company ID, email address, or product code. A matching record is linked—never created again—and its mapped fields are overwritten with the values from ABRA Flexi. Contacts are assigned to their company by company code.

Any record that fails to convert is logged and counted, while the rest of the import continues.
When the import runs
Once synchronization is enabled in settings, the import runs once a day early in the morning, fetching only changes since the last run. An administrator can also trigger a full import, a dry run without writing data, or a run for a single scope.

Early-morning delta sync
Once synchronization is turned on, changes from ABRA Flexi are imported once a day at 4:41 by default—so you start every morning with up-to-date companies, contacts and products.
External integrations
- ABRA Flexi via REST APIDraivix reads master data from ABRA Flexi (FlexiBee) over its REST API and HTTPS. The transfer is one-way; changes made in Draivix are not written back to ABRA Flexi.

What does Draivix import from ABRA Flexi?

Does Draivix send invoices to ABRA Flexi?
Not in this version. Accounting documents stay in ABRA Flexi and Draivix only imports master data.
Will the import create duplicate companies?
No. Records are matched by Flexi ID, company registration number, email or product code, and any existing match is simply linked and updated.
How often is data imported?
Once a day early in the morning, fetching only changes since the last run. You enable synchronization in settings.
Will the import overwrite details we edited in Draivix?
Yes. On a linked record, mapped fields are overwritten with values from ABRA Flexi because ABRA Flexi serves as the source of truth for master data.
