02What the module does

Less routine. More value.

The SocialPump module brings a social media content calendar into Draivix: schedule posts, release them for publication and upload media files. Actual publishing is handled by the provider’s external marketing pump, which Draivix accesses via REST API using a personal token. Your marketing team plans content in the same system where they manage campaigns and customers.

  • Clear content calendarThe overview displays posts for the entire month, and the weekly planner lets you drag and drop them between days. Marketing sees the full content schedule in one place and can reschedule a post with a single drag.
  • One post across selected channelsWrite a post in the editor and choose the channels where it should appear. You prepare content once instead of copying it into each social network separately.
  • Draft ideas never publish by accidentA draft holds only a tentative date and is never published. Only posts explicitly marked for publication go out, so you can immediately distinguish dated ideas from scheduled releases on the planner.
  • Posts go live at the scheduled timeOnce a post is marked for publication, the provider’s external marketing pump publishes it to the selected channels after the scheduled time. Your team does not need to watch the clock.
  • Verified channel ownershipBefore saving, the system verifies that the selected channels belong to the owner of the personal access token. A post can never be scheduled to someone else’s channel.
  • One-click retry for failed postsIf publishing fails on a channel, the pump does not retry on its own. A single button puts all target channels for the post back into the queue, keeping the decision to retry in your hands.
  • Your team has the final sayMove, approve and delete posts directly in the planner. Your marketing team stays in full control of what gets published and when.
  • Large media uploads supportedUpload media up to 250 MB directly from the browser; larger files upload in chunks via Draivix storage and are forwarded to the pump from there. No need to use separate workarounds for large video files.
  • See what needs your attentionThe dashboard highlights a queue of posts requiring attention alongside a channel overview. You immediately see what needs action without combing through the entire calendar.
  • Marketing assistant right on the dashboardA dashboard panel displays a Mattermost channel where the AI marketing assistant responds. You can ask questions without leaving your content calendar.
  • Access aligned with campaign permissionsAnyone who can view campaigns can open the dashboard, and anyone who can create campaigns can schedule posts and upload media. Access follows the campaign permissions you already use.

03How it works

How it works step by step.

  1. Social media dashboard

The Social Media page features seven panels: a monthly overview, a weekly drag-and-drop planner, a post editor, a media library, a marketing assistant, a queue of posts requiring attention and a channel overview. Anyone with permission to view campaigns can open the dashboard; anyone with permission to create campaigns can schedule posts and upload media.

  2. Scheduling and publishing

A draft post only holds a tentative date and is never published automatically. Once you mark it for publication, the pump publishes it to the selected channels after the scheduled time. Before saving, the system verifies that the selected channels belong to the token owner. On the planner, you can immediately tell tentative ideas apart from posts that are ready to go live.

    Read in detail

If publishing fails on any channel, the pump does not retry automatically. A retry button puts all target channels for the post back into the queue. You can reschedule, approve and delete posts at any time.

  3. Media

Files up to 250 MB are uploaded directly from the browser to the pump. Larger files are uploaded in chunks to Draivix storage—into your Magic Files folder—and then forwarded to the pump. Only files from your own folder can be forwarded this way.

  4. Marketing assistant

The assistant panel embeds a Mattermost channel where an AI agent connected to the pump’s MCP interface responds to your requests. You configure the channel, pump URL and token in the module settings.

04What runs automatically

Automations that save time.

  1. Publishing handled by the pump

Once you mark a post for publication, the external pump publishes it to the selected channels after the scheduled time. The pump handles delivery while you manage the schedule in Draivix.

External integrations

  • Marketing pump integrationDraivix connects to the provider’s external marketing pump via REST API using a personal access token. You plan the content; the pump handles publishing.
  • Assistant channel in MattermostThe dashboard embeds a channel from Mattermost, the team communication tool, where the marketing assistant replies. You select the channel in the module settings.

What the AI agent handles

  • Assistant replies in Mattermost

The marketing assistant replies in a Mattermost channel and interacts with the pump through its MCP interface for AI agents. You can talk to it directly from the social media dashboard.

A person approves whenever money, a customer, or an exception is involved.

05Frequently asked questions

Who actually publishes the social media posts?

The provider’s external marketing pump. Draivix communicates with it via REST API and does not store social network access tokens itself.

What happens if a post fails to publish on a network?

The pump does not retry failed publications automatically. You can use the retry button to put the post’s target channels back into the queue.

How large can uploaded videos be?

Up to 250 MB directly from the browser. Larger files are uploaded in chunks to Draivix storage and forwarded to the pump from there.

Are draft posts published automatically?

No. A draft only holds a tentative date on the calendar. A post is published only after you mark it for publication.

Who can schedule posts?

Anyone with permission to view marketing campaigns can open the dashboard. Users with permission to create campaigns can schedule posts and upload media.
