02What the module does
Less routine. More value.
The Raynet CRM integration imports companies, people, leads, deals, tasks, meetings, and calls into Draivix. Your business can switch from Raynet without losing its history and pull daily updates during the transition. Data flows one way, from Raynet into Draivix.
- Migrate with full historyCompanies, people, leads, deals, tasks, meetings, and phone calls are loaded from Raynet. Your business transitions to Draivix without losing its history.
- No overload on RaynetDraivix reads data via the Raynet REST API v2 in pages with a pause between requests. The transfer puts no unnecessary load on your Raynet instance.
- Only changes are fetchedThe system remembers where it left off and fetches only changes since the last run. Whenever you need to reload everything, simply choose a full run.
- The right company for every recordThe system looks for an existing record by Raynet identifier, company ID, email, phone, and name. Because a company may merge with an existing one of the same name, we recommend starting with a dry run.
- No duplicate activitiesActivities are matched by name and start time. On subsequent runs, the same meeting or call links to the existing record instead of being created again.
- Dry run firstYou can execute a dry run and cap the number of records. Before the live migration, you can verify the results on a smaller data sample.
- Keep existing data intactIn create-only mode, a run adds new records without updating existing ones. Edits already made in Draivix remain untouched.
- Skip records without a companyA run can be configured to skip records for which no company can be found. That prevents unlinked data without a customer relation from entering Draivix.
- Updated daily during transitionOnce enabled by an administrator, synchronization runs daily and pulls fresh data from Raynet throughout your transition. It is disabled by default.
- Transfer tailored to your businessCustom mapping or value enrichment can be added via a company-specific configuration without altering the core integration itself.
03How it works
How it works step by step.
What gets transferred
Companies, people, leads, deals, tasks, meetings, and phone calls are loaded from Raynet. In Draivix, they become companies, contacts, leads, opportunities, tasks, meetings, and calls. Each record retains its Raynet identifier so the system recognizes it on subsequent runs.

Company-specific adjustments, such as custom field mapping or default values, can be added to the transfer via a per-company customization without modifying the core integration.
How synchronization works
Draivix reads data via the Raynet REST API v2 in pages (default size 500, maximum 1,000 records) with a brief pause between requests so it does not overload your Raynet instance. For each record type, it remembers how far it read and pulls only changes next time; a full run ignores this marker.
Read in detail
A daily job runs at 4:23, but only when an administrator enables synchronization; it is disabled by default. You can run it as a dry run, limit the record count, set it to create new records only, or skip records for which no company can be found. The default market is CZ.
Record matching
The system looks for an existing record first by its Raynet identifier, then by company ID, email, or phone number, and finally by normalized name. Contacts are matched within their company, or across all contacts if they have no company. Activities are matched by name and start time.

As a result, a company from Raynet may merge with an existing company of the same name. We therefore recommend running a dry run before going live.
Good to know
Data flows only from Raynet into Draivix. The next run will overwrite edits made in Draivix to mapped fields. Records deleted in Raynet remain in Draivix.
04What runs automatically
Automations that save time.
Raynet data every morning
The daily RaynetSync job runs at 4:23 when an administrator enables synchronization. Disabled by default, it delivers changes into Draivix every day once turned on.
Resumes right where it left off
For each record type, the system stores a last-fetched marker so the next run pulls only new changes. A full run ignores the marker.
External integrations
- Direct connection to Raynet CRMVia the Raynet CRM REST API v2, Draivix reads companies, people, leads, deals, and activities. Data flows one way, from Raynet into Draivix.
05Frequently asked questions
Can I switch from Raynet to Draivix without losing history?
Yes. The integration loads companies, people, leads, deals, tasks, meetings, and phone calls, keeping all activities linked to their companies and contacts.
How does Draivix know a company already exists?
It matches first by the Raynet identifier, then by company ID, email, or phone number, and finally by normalized name.
Can I use Raynet and Draivix in parallel for a while?
Yes. Daily synchronization pulls changes from Raynet. However, data flows only one way, so edits made to mapped fields in Draivix will be overwritten on the next run.
What happens to a record deleted in Raynet?
It stays in Draivix; synchronization does not propagate deletions.
