02What the module does
Less routine. More value.
This part of Draivix manages your cash desk with cash receipt and disbursement vouchers, calculates commissions from paid invoices, and tracks bank guarantees. Your company keeps cash, liabilities to sales reps and partners, and guarantees in a single system alongside invoicing.
- Each cash desk tracked separatelyRun multiple cash desks and record cash transactions in each one. You maintain a separate cash overview for every cash desk.
- Turn transactions into cash vouchersConvert a cash transaction into a cash disbursement or cash receipt voucher. The voucher is created straight from the transaction, so you never enter data twice.
- Cash payments straight from invoicesCreate a cash receipt voucher directly from an invoice that a customer pays in cash. You do not need to retype details from the invoice.
- Cash reflected in accountingCash transactions are posted to the general ledger if you use it. Cash never stays outside accounting and your accountant does not have to re-enter it.
- Commissions only after paymentCommissions are calculated from paid invoices. Liabilities to sales reps and partners arise only from what the customer has actually paid.
- Activate commissions on a dealActivate a commission on an opportunity and calculate it retroactively if needed by stating a reason. Every retroactive change always has a recorded explanation.
- Milestones and partner commissionsA commission can include milestones tied to invoices and can be assigned to a partner company. This handles rewards paid out in stages rather than all at once.
- Commissions go through approvalSubmit a commission for approval, have it approved, and confirm the payout. No money leaves without a clear record of every step.
- Hold or cancel a commissionBlock, unblock, or cancel a commission. Resolve any disputed case before it reaches payout.
- Guarantees and amendments togetherTrack each bank guarantee along with its cost center and amendments. Every amendment is a separate record linked to the original guarantee, giving you its full history.
- Automatic guarantee coverage trackingEvery day, guarantee coverage is recalculated and expired guarantees are marked as expired. You do not need to watch expiration dates, and nobody overwrites coverage manually.
03How it works
How it works step by step.
Cash desk
Manage one or more cash desks and record cash transactions in each of them. Convert a transaction into a cash disbursement or cash receipt voucher. You can also generate a cash receipt voucher directly from an invoice paid in cash by a customer.
Read in detail
Every cash transaction posts an entry to the general ledger if you use it.
Commissions
Commissions are generated from paid invoices. You activate a commission on an opportunity and choose the calculation method, such as a monthly fee for recurring services. Commissions can also be calculated retroactively with a stated reason. A commission can have milestones tied to invoices and can belong to a partner company.
Read in detail
A commission moves through the statuses planned, released, awaiting approval, approved, and paid. It can also be blocked, unblocked, or canceled. Payout requires confirmation.
Bank guarantees
Record each bank guarantee with its cost center and amendments. Every amendment is a separate record linked to the original guarantee. You update the guarantee status manually.
Read in detail
Every morning, the system recalculates guarantee coverage and moves expired guarantees from issued to expired. Nobody overwrites coverage manually.
04What runs automatically
Automations that save time.
Payment triggers commission calculation
When an invoice is paid, commission calculation is triggered. Commissions are generated without manually looking up paid invoices.
Guarantees checked at 5:15
Every day at the default time of 5:15, the system checks bank guarantees, recalculates coverage, and moves expired guarantees to expired status.
Transaction posts to the ledger
Every cash transaction posts an accounting entry to the general ledger if you use it. Your accountant does not have to re-enter it manually.
