02What the module does
Less routine. More value.
Draivix's recruitment module tracks job applicants from first contact through interviews and offers to hire or rejection. You can add candidates manually or import them in bulk, and CV parsing populates structured fields and work history. Your company manages hiring in clear stages instead of scattered emails and spreadsheets.
- Know where applicants come fromRecord the source for every applicant: StartupJobs, Profesia, LinkedIn, company website, referral, agency, and more. You can easily see which channels bring in your candidates.
- Add candidates manually or in bulkCreate a candidate record manually or import multiple candidates at once, keeping your entire hiring process in one system instead of emails and spreadsheets.
- Each candidate only onceOn repeated imports, the system matches candidates by source and external ID. The same candidate from the same source will not be created twice, keeping your list clean.
- CVs parsed into structured dataCV parsing fills in structured fields along with a confidence score, so you know which details are worth verifying before the interview.
- Clear candidate work historyEach candidate record displays their work history broken down by individual jobs, giving you a quick overview of where they have worked before the interview.
- Clear hiring stagesCandidates move through the stages of new, screening, interview, offer and hired, or end up as rejected or withdrawn. You can immediately see where every applicant stands.
- Stage changes can trigger actionsEvery stage transition triggers an event you can link to an automation rule, such as notifying a manager when an offer is made, so they know about the change right away.
- Stages tailored to your hiring processYou can customize hiring stages to fit your company's needs—for example, by adding a reference check between the interview and the offer—so the system mirrors your actual workflow.
What is currently in progress
- A hired candidate is not automatically converted into an employee and user record; you create the record manually, or set up the conversion as a button or automation.
- Employee onboarding and offboarding do not come with a pre-built workflow or checklist.
03How it works
How it works step by step.
Candidate tracking
For every candidate, you record where they came from: StartupJobs, Profesia, a job board, your company website, LinkedIn, referral, agency, direct application, or other source. Candidates can be imported in bulk, and the same candidate from the same source will not be created twice on repeated imports.
Read in detail
CV parsing populates structured fields, an extraction confidence score, and the candidate's job-by-job work history. The confidence score shows which details are worth verifying before the interview. Candidates are kept as separate records and never mix with customers or existing employee HR records.
Hiring pipeline stages
Each candidate moves through the stages New, Screening, Interview, Offer, and Hired. At any stage before being hired, a candidate can be rejected or marked as withdrawn. Hired, Rejected, and Withdrawn are final states. Users move candidates between stages themselves.
Read in detail
Every stage transition triggers an event that you can hook an automation rule into—such as notifying a manager when an offer is made. You can also customize the stages, for example by adding a reference check between Interview and Offer.
After hiring a candidate
In this version, a hired candidate is not converted into an employee record automatically; you create the HR record manually and link it to a user account. Without any coding, you can configure a Hire button that creates an HR record from the candidate, or set up an automation rule on the hire event that creates the HR record and opens an onboarding task for IT.
04What runs automatically
Automations that save time.
Imports without duplicates
When you run an import again, the system does not create duplicate candidates. Identical names will not pile up in your applicant list, saving you manual cleanup.
CVs populate the candidate record
When parsing a CV, the system fills in structured fields, a confidence score and the candidate's work history. Nobody has to retype them manually from the document.
Every stage change sends a signal
On every stage transition, the system fires an event for automation rules, such as notifying a manager at the offer stage. You can configure follow-up steps to match your process.
05Frequently asked questions
Can I manage recruitment in Draivix?
Yes. Candidates move through the stages of new, screening, interview, offer and hired, or rejected or withdrawn.
Where can candidates come from?
The source is tracked for every candidate—for example, StartupJobs, Profesia, LinkedIn, your company website, referrals or an agency. Candidates can be added manually or imported in bulk.
Does Draivix extract data from CVs?
Yes. CV parsing fills in structured data, work history and a parsing confidence score that shows you what to verify.
