02What the module does
Less routine. More value.
Onboarding walks new users through the system with guides generated automatically for every screen: list, detail and new-record form. New hires find their way around without training sessions, and you can track their progress, points and earned badges. The AI assistant can also launch an on-screen guide directly.
- Walkthroughs nobody has to writeThe system automatically generates a guide for the list, detail and creation view of every record type. New employees get up to speed without you having to write manuals.
- Every module has its own tourAn overview tour is available for every module. Users understand what the module does and how it is organized before they start working.
- First steps in the systemSystem guides walk users through the workspace: welcome tour, navigation, and working with the AI assistant. New team members will not get lost on day one.
- New modules get guides automaticallyWhen a new module is added, its guides are generated automatically without manual edits. Onboarding keeps pace as your system grows.
- Help arrives at the right momentA guide is offered the first time a user visits a page. People get an explanation right when they start using a screen, not weeks earlier in a training session.
- Only what the user is allowed to openGuides are filtered by permissions. Users never see guides for pages or modules they cannot access, keeping clutter out of their way.
- Guidance based on where you areThe system recommends guides based on the page the user is currently viewing. There is no need to search for which tutorial fits the task at hand.
- Pick up right where you left offFor each user, the system remembers where they stopped in a guide and which guides they have completed. Onboarding can be paused and resumed later.
- Points for completionUsers earn reward points for each completed guide. You get a clear view of progress, and your team has an incentive to finish onboarding.
- Badges for progressBadges are awarded by rules and displayed in the user's achievement list. Progress is visible and onboarding never feels like a mandatory lecture.
- Learning paths for warehouse and sales teams alikeLearning paths group multiple guides into a structured track and can be targeted to specific roles, such as warehouse staff or sales reps. Everyone covers what they actually need.
- The assistant shows you howWhen you ask how to do something in chat, the AI assistant can launch an interactive guide directly on your screen. You get the answer right inside the app.
03How it works
How it works step by step.
Guides nobody has to write
The system builds guides from module and record definitions. Every record type has a guide for its list, detail and creation form, every module has an overview tour, and system-wide guides cover the welcome tour, navigation and the AI assistant. When a new module is added, its guides are generated automatically.
Read in detail
A guide is offered on the first visit to a page, giving every new user a welcome tour right after their first sign-in. Guide copy is drawn from field and record labels, so you can customize it by editing those labels.
Only what the user can access
Guides are filtered by permissions. Users never see a guide for a page or module they cannot open, and recommended guides adapt to the screen the user is currently viewing.
Progress, points and badges
For every user, the system remembers where they left off in a guide and which guides they have completed. Completing a guide awards points based on its reward value. Badges are granted by rules and appear in the user’s achievements list.
Read in detail
Learning paths group guides into structured tracks and can target specific roles, such as warehouse staff or sales reps. Both learning paths and badges are edited like standard records.
Launching guides from the AI assistant
When a user asks in chat how to do something, the AI assistant can launch the relevant walkthrough directly on their screen.
04What runs automatically
Automations that save time.
Guides built from module descriptions
The system assembles guides from module and record-type descriptions, even when a new module is added. Texts come from field and record labels, so you can update them simply by editing labels.
First visit triggers a tour offer
The first time a user visits a page, the system offers a guide. New team members receive a welcome tour as soon as they log in for the first time.
Badges awarded upon completion
The system evaluates rules and awards badges automatically. Nobody has to assign them by hand, and users find them in their achievements list.
What the AI agent handles
On-demand interactive guide
The assistant launches a guide right on the user's screen. Instead of reading a long explanation in chat, the user sees the step-by-step walkthrough directly where they need it.
A person approves whenever money, a customer, or an exception is involved.
05Frequently asked questions
Do I have to create employee guides manually?
No. The system builds them automatically from your modules and record types, including newly added modules.
Will users see guides for modules they do not have access to?
No. Guides are filtered by permissions, so users only see guides for pages they are allowed to open.
How can I tell how far a new colleague has progressed in onboarding?
The system tracks each user's progress across guides, their points, and the badges they have earned.
Can the AI assistant show how to do something?
Yes. The assistant can launch an interactive guide directly on the user's screen.
Can I edit the text in the guides?
Guide texts are drawn from field and record labels. When you change a label, the guide text updates automatically.
What is a learning path?
A learning path groups multiple guides into a complete track and can be assigned to specific roles. You can edit it just like any standard record.
