02What the module does
Less routine. More value.
Customer accounts in Draivix give your e-shop customers registration, sign-in with a verified email address, and self-service management of their details. They can earn loyalty points for product reviews and view their subscriptions, including requesting cancellation on their own. Every customer account is linked to a contact in the CRM, giving you a single record for each customer.
- A personal account for every customerCustomers register, sign in, and sign out via the store API. Every account is linked to a contact in the CRM, giving you a single record for each customer.
- One-click email verificationCustomers verify their email address by clicking a link in the message, and if they cannot find it, they can request a new verification email. Your team never has to help with verification manually.
- Self-service password resetCustomers can reset a forgotten password on their own using a link sent by email. Your support team does not have to reset passwords manually.
- Links that cannot be reusedVerification and password reset links are single-use, have a limited validity period, and are stored in the system only as a hash. The raw link token itself is never stored in the database.
- Customer access under controlA customer profile has a status of pending, active, or suspended. You can see at a glance who has active access and who is still waiting for activation.
- Enable or suspend access anytimeAn administrator can enable or suspend a customer's access via an action directly in the ERP. Every change is recorded as an event that can trigger follow-up automations.
- Bring customers over from your old storeYou can migrate customers from your previous store via import. However, imported access is not treated as a verified email address, so the verification status in the system always reflects reality.
- Reviews written by signed-in customersProduct reviews are submitted by signed-in customers. Every review belongs to a specific account that is linked to a contact in the CRM.
- Custom loyalty points per reviewYou can set the number of loyalty points awarded per review from 0 to 10000, with zero disabling the reward. Points are credited once, and repeated requests will not credit them twice.
- Point balances backed by transactionsA customer's loyalty point balance is the sum of their point movements. Every balance is backed by individual transactions, not just a single total number.
- Subscriptions in the customer accountCustomers can view an overview of their subscriptions and change their pickup point. Subscriptions are tracked in Draivix as imported or mirrored contracts; the module does not perform recurring billing.
- Subscription cancellation on requestCustomers can request cancellation of an active or paused subscription, and both the customer and the store receive an email. You decide whether to cancel the subscription or return it to active status.
What is currently in progress
- Subscriptions are only tracked as imported or mirrored contracts; the module does not perform recurring billing or charge payments
03How it works
How it works step by step.
How it works
Customers register in the store, confirm their email via a link, and sign in. They can reset a forgotten password themselves using a link sent by email. Links are single-use, expire after a set time, and are stored in the system only as a hash.
Read in detail
Every customer account is a profile linked to a contact in the CRM. Both sign-in and registration have built-in rate limits to protect against password guessing.
Customer access management
A customer profile has a status of pending, active, or suspended. Customers activate their accounts by verifying their email, and administrators can enable or suspend access via an action in the ERP. Every change is logged as an event for follow-up automation.

You can migrate customers from your previous store. However, an imported account is not treated as a verified email address.
Reviews and loyalty points
Signed-in customers can write product reviews. For each review, they can receive loyalty points; you set the amount (0 to 10000, where zero disables the reward). Points are credited once per review, and repeated requests will not credit them twice. The balance is the sum of all point transactions.
Customer subscriptions
Draivix tracks subscriptions as imported or mirrored contracts with statuses of pending, active, paused, pending cancellation, canceled, expired, and failed. Customers can view their subscriptions, change their pickup point, and request cancellation of an active or paused subscription.
Read in detail
A cancellation request switches the subscription to pending cancellation and sends an email to both the customer and the store. The store then decides whether to cancel the subscription or return it to active status. The module itself does not perform recurring billing for subscriptions.
04What runs automatically
Automations that save time.
Verified email unlocks access
As soon as a customer confirms their email via the link, their profile is activated. Administrators do not have to activate new registrations manually.
Review points are credited automatically
When a customer writes a review, the system credits the configured number of loyalty points—and only once. A repeated request will not credit them twice.
Cancellation requests never get missed
A customer's request switches the subscription to pending cancellation and sends an email to both the customer and the store. The store then decides on the next step.
Changes can trigger follow-up steps
Every change in customer access or subscription status triggers an event. You can attach automations to it so you do not have to monitor changes manually.
External integrations
- Customer accounts in your storeYour store's front end interacts with customer accounts via a public JSON API. Customers sign in on your store while their profile stays linked to their contact in the CRM.
- Important links delivered by emailThe system sends customers emails with links for address verification and password reset. Because the links are single-use and time-limited, customers can handle everything on their own.
05Frequently asked questions
Can customers register in the e-shop?
Yes. They register, confirm their email via a link, and sign in. They can reset their password themselves using a link sent by email.
Can I block a customer's access?
Yes. An administrator can suspend or re-enable access via an action on the customer profile.
How do loyalty points for reviews work?
For each review, the configured number of points is credited once. Setting the value to zero turns the reward off.
Can Draivix bill subscriptions?
No. It tracks subscriptions as imported contracts that customers can view and request to cancel, while recurring billing takes place outside the module.
Can I migrate customers from my old e-shop?
Yes, customers can be imported. However, imported access is not treated as a verified email address.
