01How it works

From describing your business to a system that does the work

We don’t start with software selection or a feature checklist. We start with how your company actually runs – and in the very first meeting, we show you what the system can take off your plate.

First meeting: a business owner explains to a consultant how an order is processed in their company

02Three steps

You describe. We design. We show you.

  1. Employee retyping a paper order – what everyday work looks like today

You tell us how your business runs

You show us how an order starts, who does what, and which systems, spreadsheets, emails or documents you use. No need to write a technical specification.

We care about how your business actually works.

  2. Consultant mapping out company processes on a whiteboard with a business owner

We design the system around your processes

We pinpoint where people currently waste time retyping information, checking data, hunting for documents or repeating the same work—and design a system that connects those processes.

And wherever it makes sense, we bring in AI.

  3. Managing director reviewing a proposal on a tablet

We show you what the system can take over

You don’t wait months to find out what you’re actually buying. At the very first meeting, we aim to show you a concrete solution tailored to your company.

Only then do you decide if you want it.

03Preparation

What to bring to the first meeting?

No technical specification needed. Just three things from your everyday work.

  • A customer email

An inquiry or order exactly as it lands in your inbox.

  • A spreadsheet you rely on

The one your company would grind to a halt without. Every business has one.

  • A document

An invoice, delivery note, service report – anything people retype by hand today.

04What comes next

From the first meeting to a system that takes over the work

You don’t have to change everything at once. Every phase delivers a clear result, and you decide on the next step based on how it performs.

  1. 01

    Understanding your workflow

Together we walk through how an order moves from first contact to payment: who does what, where data gets retyped and where things stall.

  2. 02

    Proposal at the first meeting

We show you a concrete proposal: which steps the system takes over, what it prepares for approval, and what stays with your team—using your own real examples.

  3. 03

    First process live

We start with the process that eats up the most of your time. We configure it, connect it to your existing tools and train your team.

  4. 04

    Gradual rollout

Once the first process is running smoothly, we add the next ones. The system takes over as much work as makes sense – and nothing more.

05Frequently asked questions

Questions people ask before the first meeting

Do I need to know which ERP, CRM or AI I need?

No, you don’t. Just show us how you work today: how an order comes in, who does what and where manual work piles up. We’ll propose the right technology to handle it.

What should I prepare for the first meeting?

No technical specification needed. It helps if you show us what a typical job looks like: a customer email, a spreadsheet you use, an invoice or a delivery note.

When will I see a proposed solution?

We aim to show you a proposed solution right at the first meeting—tailored specifically to your business, not a generic slide deck. Only then do you decide if you want to move forward.

Do we have to replace all our systems at once?

No. Draivix can gradually take over just the processes that take up the most of your time today. You can start with a single process.

We already use accounting software. Do we have to give it up?

No, you don’t. Draivix can work with the accounting software you already have—for example, by passing documents to Pohoda. It also has its own built-in Czech accounting if switching makes sense.

What does AI do on its own and what does a person approve?

We configure that step by step. Routine work—reading, data entry, checks and drafting—is handled by the system. Wherever money, customers or exceptions are involved, the system prepares everything and a person makes the call.

Let’s start together

Tell us how your business works.

We will show you what a system that takes over part of that work could look like.
