02What the module does

Less routine. More value.

The Public tenders module is a register of Czech and Slovak public procurement notices directly in Draivix. Tender records from sources such as NEN, VVZ, TED or E-ZAK are fed into it by an external import via the MCP API, complete with a suitability score. Your sales team then sorts, filters and tracks them all the way to the outcome.

  • Czech and Slovak tenders in one placeThe register brings together Czech and Slovak public tenders from RVZ, NEN, VVZ, TED, E-ZAK, JOSEPHINE, PVU and EVEZA. Your sales team manages them all in one place.
  • Every key detail in a single recordEach tender shows the contracting authority, value, deadline, required documents, conditions, region and CPV (procurement vocabulary code). You can quickly decide whether it is worth pursuing.
  • One click to the original noticeEvery record includes a direct link to the original notice in the source portal. You can verify the exact wording at the source without searching for the tender again.
  • Best-fit tenders at the topThe import supplies a relevance score for your company and sorts the list from highest to lowest. Your sales team starts with the tenders that fit you best.
  • One record per tender, no duplicatesTenders are written via the MCP API, an interface for connecting external tools. Using the source identifier, the system maintains a single live record per tender, preventing duplicates.
  • From new notice to final outcomeA tender starts in the New status, and sales moves it through review and preparation to Submitted, and finally to Won or Lost. You can always see where every bid stands.
  • Clear team ownership for every tenderAssign tenders to teams based on who is responsible for handling them. Everyone knows exactly which tenders belong to their team.
  • Role-based permissionsRole permissions control who can view, edit and delete tenders. Export and import are restricted to Sales, Marketing and Administrator roles, so only authorized people handle the data.
  • A register tailored to your workflowAdd custom fields, statuses and action buttons—such as converting a tender into a sales opportunity—for your company. The register adapts to how your team works.
  • Clear, scannable tender listThe list displays 50 tenders per page with columns for score, title, contracting authority, deadline, source and status. You see what matters at a glance without opening each record.

03How it works

How it works step by step.

  1. What you will find in the register

Each record represents one Czech or Slovak public tender from RVZ, NEN, VVZ, TED, E-ZAK, JOSEPHINE, PVU or EVEZA. It includes the title, contracting authority, estimated value, deadline, required documents, conditions, CPV code, region, source with a link to the original notice, and a suitability score for your company.

  2. How tenders enter the system

Tenders are written by an external import via the Draivix MCP API; the import itself is not part of the module. The import also supplies a relevance score. Based on the source identifier, the system keeps only one live record per tender, so repeated imports update the existing record instead of creating duplicates.

  3. Triage and tracking

The tender list is sorted by relevance score from highest to lowest and displays the score, title, contracting authority, deadline, source and status. New tenders start as New, and the sales team moves them through Under review, Interested, In preparation and Submitted to the final outcome of Won or Lost; dead ends are Rejected and Expired.

    Read in detail

Tenders can be assigned to teams. All users can view them; User, Sales, Marketing and Administrator roles can create and edit them; Sales and Administrator can delete them. Sales, Marketing and Administrator can export and import tenders. Labels are translated into Czech, Slovak, English and German.

  4. Customizing for your company

You can add custom fields and statuses in your company settings. You can also add custom buttons to a tender—such as converting it into a sales opportunity—along with automation rules triggered by record changes.

04What runs automatically

Automations that save time.

  1. Repeated imports update existing records

When a repeated import sends a tender you already have, the system matches its source identifier and updates the existing record instead of creating a duplicate. Your register stays clean.

External integrations

  • Tenders supplied by external importAn external import writes tenders and relevance scores via the Draivix MCP API. The import itself is not part of the module; the module receives the data so your sales team can work with it.

05Frequently asked questions

Where do public tenders in Draivix come from?

They are written by an external import via the MCP API from procurement portals such as NEN, VVZ, TED or E-ZAK. The import itself is not part of the module.

How do I know which tenders are relevant to us?

Each tender carries a relevance score supplied by the import, and the list is sorted from highest to lowest score.

Can I track the stage of our bid?

Yes. You move the tender through Under review, Interested, In preparation and Submitted all the way to Won or Lost.

Do repeated imports create duplicate tenders?

No. The system keeps a single live record for each source identifier, and repeated imports update that record.

Can a tender be converted into a sales opportunity?

The default installation does not include a conversion action, but a button to convert a tender into a sales opportunity can be added in your company settings.
