01Reply to customers
AI customer replies powered by your company data
A large share of customer questions repeat every day: where is my order, when will you arrive, please send me the invoice. The answer is always in the system—it just needs to be found and written.

02What it looks like today
Today
- 1The customer waits for an answerA customer sends an email or calls and then waits. Until someone gets to their question, nothing happens.
- 2An answer spread across three systemsWhoever handles the customer’s request has to piece the answer together from three systems, looking everything up manually in each one.
- 3The same questions every dayWhere is my order, when will you arrive, please send me the invoice. The same questions come up every single day.
- 4Requests fall through the cracksSome arrive by email, some by phone, some in messaging apps—and requests get lost between those channels.
And how it works with Draivix
With Draivix
- 1
All requests in one place
Emails, web forms, and messages turn into tracked requests with an ID, an owner, and a deadline.
- 2
AI knows your data
Replies aren’t built from generic templates, but from actual live status: orders, deliveries, invoices, and service jobs.
- 3
A draft reply, or direct resolution
For routine questions, AI prepares a reply ready to send. Where you allow it, it handles them directly.
- 4
Handover to a person
The system hands complaints, warranty claims, or non-standard requests over to a person along with the full context.
03Less routine, more value
The system handles the routine. People focus on where they are needed.
Complex cases for people
Your people handle complaints and complex cases. The system passes them over with the complete context attached.
People build customer relationships
Your people build relationships with customers. AI drafts replies to routine questions, giving your team more room for what matters.
Human judgment for exceptions
People handle the exceptions. AI only works with the data and permissions you give it, and hands non-standard requests over to a person.

04Frequently asked questions
Have questions? Here are the answers.
Won't the AI tell a customer something it shouldn't?
The AI only works with the data and permissions you configure. At first, it drafts replies for a person to approve. You only enable autonomous replies for question types you are completely confident about.
Will customers know a system is replying to them?
That is up to you. We recommend being transparent about it. Customers usually mind a fast, accurate automated reply far less than waiting.
